Sankalp brings more than 15 years of experience across capital markets and investment banking, with experience at J.P. Morgan, Macquarie, and Deutsche Bank.

He co-built Welsbach Investment Banking & Advisory, gaining firsthand experience working with the complex information, research, analysis, and decision-making involved in financial transactions and advisory work.

A serial entrepreneur across Web2 and Web3, Sankalp has built and explored businesses at the intersection of finance and technology. He is also the author and host of HashTalk, covering ideas and developments across technology and digital markets.

Sergey Petkevich, CTO

Sergey brings more than 20 years of experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence, with deep expertise in high-load systems, microservices, and scalable technology architectures.

His engineering work includes architecting AI-powered anti-fraud engines and systems for autonomous agent orchestration, applying AI to complex environments where scalability, reliability, and intelligent automation matter.

Before Brexy, Sergey held engineering roles across Liquidity Gate, Logic Boost, FinGenius, and NFTLabs, working across financial technology, AI, and emerging technology platforms.
